Kannazuki 04

Souma asks Himeko out on a date with Chikane acquiescing, glassy-eyed and all. Turns out that Himeko had an abusive foster dad and Souma was a comforting childhood friend. Trying to be positive, Chikane evokes one of Himeko's bad childhood memories when she tries to do up her hair for the Souma date. This, plus Himeko actually going for the date itself, causes her major angst. Otoha tries to cheer her up but Chikane wastes her alcohol when the foremost Orochi minion (who seems to know Souma) shows up with another mech.

Honestly, it's rather futile to even try to mock Kannazuki no Miko when BluWacky has done such an excellent job with the first six episodes. For this episode, "Lint Brush of Lesbian Desire." LOL.
