FATE/Stay Night 1-3
I think I'm in love....

1) Studio DEEN is unimaginative/uninspiring or
2) Studio DEEN is just too lazy to do otherwise.
Alright, maybe I'm too harsh. After all, they did deliver some very nice action scenes and maintained a decent level of animation throughout these eps. Plus I really have to thank them for bring the fantabulous FATE girls to life.Yes, thou should not complain indeed. I guess it's apt now to confess that my main motivation for catching the series is Rin and Sakura. Yeah I know Saber's very hot with most fans but she doesn't seem to have much personality as of ep 3. Rin and Sakura are very representative of the 2 main classes of girls I like in anime; haughty ojou-sama types like Sawachika Eri (School Rumble) or ultimate sweetness/gentleness/kindness like Shirakawa Kotori (Da Capo).
The likes of Sakura also made me WISH I'm an eternal Japanese high schooler. She brings to mind Kaede (SHUFFLE), Nemu (Da Capo), Mahoro (Mahoromatic) and Honami (hani hani operation sanctuary). Man, I want to be awoken by a beautiful 17 year old daily (oh, the 'Niiiii-san' is optional), eat the breakfast she had so lovingly prepared and commune to school with her! Heaven would be a place on earth!
Oh kami-sama! Onegai shimasu!!!
I'm convinced now anime is unhealthy for the mind. And I think it's too late for me...

Then again, sometimes the quiet ones are also hiding their true psycho power: Kaede (“I wish you were dead!”), Dark Nemu.

LOL! There’s a Dark side to us all isn’t there? It merely calls for the right (sometimes extreme) occasion to manifest it…
Though I hope it doesn’t come to Sakura… she’s just too sweet…… *dreamy sigh*

Wow, I didn’t know you were into ojousamas as well! I’ll have to make a note of that in my little black book

LOL! Great to hear from you again, Ender!
Hope you don’t use your lil black book to ‘maki maki’ people
I may also want to retract that statement since I just realised ‘ojou-sama’ can carry other certain connotations.

Sakura bugs the hell out of me. Ever since Shuffle in general (even before Kaede went psycho), I have lost my taste for mindless H-game girls with unreal voices and nothing better to do but be slaves to some ordinary guy. I am more of an Asa-sempai person myself.

I’m mostly an Asa fan too!
That is untill Primula overtook her in the last few eps (even though there were Asa-centric eps, doh!
) On principle, I’m also opposed to mindless devotion to harem leads myself. But for Kaede’s case, I personally thought it was well justified since it’s in part paying off her previous sins. After all, Rin literally saved Kaede from death by putting his life directly on the line; suffering death threats and mental harrassment for many years. While I doubt Sakura will have the same psychotic edge, (I hope not….) she certainly will be a more memorable character if she have the Kaede factor.
