Ichigo Mashimaro 9

The "Chika worries about her weight" episode. I appreciated Chika, as a character, much more as a result. Previously she seemed fairly backgroundish - providing the link for the other girls to Nobue-oneesama, being one of Nobue's foils and Miu's closest friend/victim. Didn't enjoy Miu's antics this time round as she relentlessly teased Chika about her weight gain. While I could understand how cruel young children can be and that it was necessary to drive the plot, it was much less zany or original compared to most of her previous capers.

More lovely Nobue perviness. In order to get the football ("soccer" to our Amerikajin readers) back, Miu distracts Nobue with her weakness - by flipping up Ana's skirt. The result cute Mamiko Noto scream has the desired effect.

If the Basic Military Training instructors tekan us all the time and then hand us live ammo and grenades, surely they should expect this sort of thing to happen more often?

Anyway it was a funny scene that highlighted how much fun Nobue has at Chika's expense and that actually Chika still trusts her sister despite that ole saying: "Fool me once, shame on me; fool me twice..." But all this was more than balanced up with Nobue quickly realizing why Chika was cutting down on her food intake and tried to do something to remedy the situation before hitting on the killer argument.

Like imouto, like oneechan. And It would have been great if Miu did the talking weighing scale thing from Garfield.
