   In some ways i am glad she didn’t wind up with that jerk. obsessing over his little sister so much he can see someone as wonderful as kotori. Kotori needs someone kind and gentle. Like me

   Must… resist…

   Up till now, I have been steadily resisting the temptation to cave in to my fanboy desires. Probably the only time I decided to buy non-DVD merchandise was my NG 1/100 Lunamaria Hawke Gunner Zaku Warrior( which I am currently in the process of assembling and painting). I comforted myself by saying that it overlapped with my main hobby, which is that of model kit assemblies( mainly ZOIDS).

   Damnit, everytime I go to a Hobby Shop, the anime figurines chant evil cravings into my mind. Even now I am still plagued by thoughts of getting the HG 1/144 version of Hawke’s Zaku. If Kotori piloted a Gundam or something, I would most probably surrender and get that too…

   Regardless, congratulations on your purchase. Kotori was, and still is, my favourite character from Da Capo. I was so upset by the ending of Da Capo that up till now, I still have not watch D.C.S.S. To quote myself in response to a friend,

   “Not watching it unless Nemu gets run over by a truck or something.”

   And I am glad I did not, if the screencaps of the last episode on other animeblogs are anything to go by. Bah.

   Zyl: Spot on, bro! Since I’ll never own DCSS DVDs, this is how I show the beautiful Kotori chan some love.

   Xellos-_^: I challenge you to a duel! Materialise! *cue Kajiura music*

   Kabitzin: Now that you mentioned it, there seems to be a trend of fabulous pinked haired girls getting pwned by sisters… I’m not sure if Kohaku/Hisui getting sidelined by Akiha in Tsukihime count too.

   wontaek: I would think Stripey from the 2005 WordPress production, “Hontou ni Taihen desu” is a most excellent choice. Oops, I think I just sealed his KKK death warrant….

   Skane: LOL! Kotori as a Gundam pilot! Actually she’s more suited an a Lin Min-may songtress in space mecha epics I believe I’m always conflicted as to whether or not to recommend DCSS to Kotori fans. Kotori’s character only really fleshes out in the second season. To miss DCSS is to miss a great deal of Kotori charm. But the series is unsatisfying since they severely nerfed Kotori’s options. Maybe just getting the visual collection is your best bet.

   sorry to sidetrack abit. I hope to get a blue electric guitar soon. Then i can rename my current black one to Kurosu Yuri (i agree she’s so cool when she’s chanting her black wing spells). And confer the blue one as Lafiel once again. Then i can play with BOTH of them every night D
