Max Factory’s 1/8 seifuku Aisia

Aisia is hardly my favourite character in DCSS. In fact, I attribute a great deal of DCSS suckage to her. But she IS pretty (by my anime standards) AND cute (albeit in the "I-want-to-throttle-you" way). Plus I really dig the way she says "Junichi". (Don't ask me why, it just gets to me.) My Y chromosome has spoketh.

Loved the eyes. It's so well-painted it actually gives depth to her gaze. Her hair is also so beautifully sculpted that that her curls look alive. My only lament is that the finishing in several places (especially those near the joints) are less than perfect; minor coarseness for example.

Despite the flaws, she's still a very lovely addition and a worthy companion to my lonely Asuka. Can't wait for my pre-ordered Saber and Feena to join the growing figure harem.

I think the hair looks pretty bad. For me the cherry blossoms are the unique point of this figurine. I never did follow DC or its sequel so I don’t know who this is.

I’m not sure if those are painted eyes.. probably stickered right? They sure are humongous eyes though.

Haha…. I’m a real noob at this. I looked at the eyes again and you’re probly right.. sticker-ed…. still lovely though The hair does need a little getting used to… initially it strikes you as Medusa does but it grew on me.

wah! you veri bad ah… tempt me…. Honestly I probably wouldn’t have picked Aisia up if I haven’t been enticed with a very good price.. Will probably skip seifuku Kotori unless she turns out fantastic or a bargain snags me again.

Just in case you guys miss it theres a few more good shows this season.

Inukami – Pure fanservice/comendy (not over the top fanserivce) great contrast to Higarush. Features Dog girls who likes it in a certain style =D

Zegapain – Mecha Scifi with the whole what is real theme. Reminds me of Interlude.

Strawberry Panic – School Girls, Evil lesbian and Yuri Rape. It is not a hentai it is romance Kannzuki style without the mecha.

Never thought I would say there are too many good shows in one season. But this anime season s been the best in last years.

Thanks Xellos-_^ for the heads-up. Actually I’ve been keeping tabs on Soul Link and it seems to be picked up a little. Will check it out soon. I only found out recently that Zegapain is from SUNRISE. Will take a look too. As for Strawberry Panic and Inukami… your terse description compels me me to check them out….

heh actually I examined her again and nope she’s not stealing my pasta. It appears to be a rosy shade around her chin. Combine that with poor photography and we have the ‘sphag-sauce’ effect.

not really in to soul link altho i must say i am a big fan of Navel and their works(ie shuffle)… i say pick up kamisam kazoku… though not really into the art i think u can pick one of the characters and go moe over them

If I never watched Da Capo SS, I would think the figure is pretty nice. But I did, so…damn Aisia! she should’ve died~! but the figure is still nice…lol

Kenny Liu: I share your sentiments. I don’t dare to re-watch DCSS for fear of dismembering the Aisia figure out of mad rage.
