Luna Figure Syndrome I (a Hontou ni 3koma)
The seemingly harmless favour of handling a chara-goods purchase on behalf on a chara-worshipper. Anime goods aren't a matter of life and death, they are far more important than that! The promise of new chara-merchandise soothes the savage otaku...

Should have placed it in his wallet, given that the deposit slip in an important document, in my line of work my boss would have stapled it to my ass. Good to see you’re both still alive and somewhat sane. I would preferred the Heat Hawk instead to carry the point of how much regard you had for him. I guess all future requests are now out of the the question.

Sadly, Tanuki vs. Zaku probably would be an even fight. They just don’t make grunt units like they used to.

I’ve seen red shirts fare better than Gundam Seed and Destiny cannon fodder. Storm Troopers shoot better than Zakus. P = 1/(n+((x+2)^2)+(y+2)^10) where P = probablity ot hit, n = numbers of zakus, x = number of good guys, and y = number of main characters.

Let’s see: The expected hit number would be N=n * R * P, where R is the normalized rate of fire per Zaku. Then [ lim ( n -> infinite ) N ] = R. For this to happen, n> (y+2)^10. If there is two main characters, n must be greater than 1 million. I ignored (x+2)^2 part for x needs to be greater than 500 to become meaningful if there is 2 main characters, and x always tends to be less than 100 in all gundam episode made after 1987. Even if there is only one main character facing the horde of Zaku, you would need 10,000+ zakus to have each normalized amount of shot have more than 17% chance of hit. Conclusion:
1. Even for the good guys, it helps to have a good quality friend.
2. Zaku would have easier time conquering the whole planet instead of landing a hit on the main character, especially since they would probably need the entire planet’s resources to make more than a thousand zakus.
3. The best tactic is for Zaku is to run away whenever they see the main character. The best weapon for the Zaku would be a gun that rapidly spits out stick’ems, so that every hit will make the main character’s MS heavier and might be able to clog up some important openings. Forget the bazookas and heavy weapon: use any rapid firing weapon that will do something on contact.
By the way, the probability of GMs hitting enemy main character would be even worse, about P=z/((y+3)^20) where z is number of allied main character and y is the number of enemy main character; it will take one Million Million ( or Trillion if you prefer ) GMs to land one hit on Char’s MS. They would have better chance of conquering the entire galaxy instead of landing a hit on Char’s MS. Char’s P against GM is something like P = [1 - e^(-10)].

In other word, for GM pilots, if they see enemy main character, no matter how many of you are present, you better pray to whatever deity you worship, and half of them won’t even have time to complete their simple prayers. At least Zaku pilots would have enough time to email their last will.

Erm you don’t need the deposite slip for Latendo purchases? They have the database.

08th MS Team is an exception, for they are not mere GM pilots: They are qualify as major characters, thus above the Sunrise law of probability we are trying to deduce.

Kabitzin, at least Zakus have the weight of numbers. Fat lot of good it did for us in GSD though. T_T
tj_han86, the deposit slip was for the local store that the figurine from ordered from. But you’re right, it wasn’t that impt.
