I keep thinking that possibly something might have happened between them since they've already established before that Mikuru is scared of Yuki for some strange reason. Then again, Yuki was doing the watching, not Mikuru, and you can't read her face, so I could be reading into too much here. When she fainted Yuki-san closed the door first then went to the comatose time-traveler. When she was watching over Mikuru was she simply observing or looking out for her in some other way like monitoring life signs?
