the hontou ni alter fate war :: phase 1 (hnKd 2/2007)
Making a tactical withdrawal, with the prize, to his main base on Stripey Island, the dastardly tanuki is pursued by a force sent to collect Alter Fate. An ultimatum is issued as a naval cordon sanitaire is thrown around the tropical paradise. The noose tightens as allied vessels and other reinforcements begin to arrive. However, deep in his lair, the cunning shima-shima fiend has prepared a secret weapon to be unleashed on the unsuspecting would-be figurine confiscators. With the element of surprise, he StrikeS even before the ultimatum has expired, unleashing a combination of mad science and forbidden love:
Yes, the force behind SISCON Enforcer is also the head of the extremist organization Blue World with the motto: "For a blue and siscon-filled world!" Any suggestions on what S.I.S.C.O.N. might stand for?
