To be honest, I really like Murder Princess. The Manga, that is. Not sure how Bee Train is going to carry the OVA until the end. If its content does stay somewhat faithful to the original, it's going to be good, otherwise I can safely say we'd all be glad it's just an OVA and not a TV series. To be honest, I really like Murder Princess. The Manga, that is. Not sure how Bee Train is going to carry the OVA until the end. If its content does stay somewhat faithful to the original, it’s going to be good, otherwise I can safely say we’d all be glad it’s just an OVA and not a TV series.

But I think that it's qualitatively different because in the Mikuru case, it's a case of Present/Past Self and Future Self. In the Alita/Milano case, there's also the question of the Other in the former Self's body - a bit like GitS if two people swapped cyberbrains but not their cybernetic shells... Cartesian dualism bleah. Skane, actually seemed like 'warmer than lukewarm' reviews. ;) Low expectations 4TW.
