Ten lolicious anime girls

The truth is I needed an excuse to put up this moelililililicious Konomi pic. Let us now cast all impure/enjo-kosai thoughts aside and be still in the presence of our moe-goddess for the next 745577 seconds.....

Sigh, now to move onto the lesser cause for this post. Having previously made a favourite lolita list, it's only right to put out its lolicious complement as a finishing blow to my long-standing denial to lolicionism for completeness' sake. A quick recap on my brand of loliciousness (ie the criteria for making onto this list):

1) Aged between 14-16 but looking much younger or

2) Aged between 14-16 but (sometimes) behaving much younger (childishly bratty or incredibly innocent/clueless)

Here's presenting my favourite 10 lolicious girls in anime:

Alice Carrol (Aria the animation): Green-haired, 14 and unpolished in the ways of the world, Alice invokes intense feelings of nurture.

Asagiri Mai (Yoakena): Despite being only a year apart from Natsuki and Feena, she looks at least 3 years younger. Her cute, short twin-tails only served to lower her preceived age. Truly adorable.... Erm, no, non-blood related sisterhood has nothing to do with it.

Hagino Kana (Canvas2): Love all the Kana-centric eps and it's not because they never fail to give that hint of forbidden love (she looks criminally young!) Simply put, Kana's just. too. cute. I think I'll go and watch Canvas2 03 now...

Louise (Zero no Tsukaima): I melted when Louise went deredere in ep 9 together with my resolute support for meido Horie Yui - Siesta. Pink haired and tsundere, Louise is a delicious package the lesser man cannot resist. Hence, my full respect for Saito who kept himself from jumping negligee-Louise-on-bed.

Maehara Shinobu (Love Hina): Keitaro must be blind and dumb not to pick Shinobu. Horie Yui or not, there were times I want to gut Naru. Mikoto Motoko's too immature and dishonest with her feelings while Mutsumi is likely to put the baby in the wash and the laundry in the cot. Shinobu, the other hand, is perfect! Kind, understanding and a capable home-maker, she makes a lovely choice for a life partner. Then again, Keitaro doesn't deserve her.

Mone (Yumeria): Mone! mone mone... MONE! Yumeria may have turned my brains to mush, but I'll never forget Mone! MONE! Have you moned today?

Morimiya Aono (Sola): Despite being an onee, she behaves like a spoilt imouto... oooh I like.... Can't wait for her to leave the hospital and slug it out with Matsuri. Will Matsuri be coughing out origami cranes or ugly stuff toys next?

Primula (Shuffle!): As proud member of PPP, I wear my lolicon Primula badge high. I still maintain she'll eventually triumph in this long-drawn battle for Rin's heart.

Suouin Kana (Otoboku): Ribboncoptor? Roflcoptor. It worried me that Zyl predicted very accurately that I'd LOVE Kana. I hope he understands that it's because she's gentle, kind and innocent as opposed to her 8 yrs old physique.

Yuzuhara Konomi (ToHeart 2): What a privilege to open and end this post with our resident moe-incarnate, Konomi chan. Takaaki would do well to pick her. Trust Uncle Stripey when he says having an age-resistant wife is great for the ego.

Frankly this was a hard list to make since there are sooo many lolicious characters I adore. My preliminary list yielded close to 25 names. Anyhow, here's to many more good years of lolicious charms. Hoping Matsuri (Sola) makes this list on my next revision.

    Ruri Hoshino. When I was at the Otakon 2000 art auction, a big Ruri oil painting went under the hammer for almost USD 2,000! X_x

    Hagino gets a victory win… between the “cute” and the “snappy” dialog. All the loli and legal (in many jurisdictions).

    You left out Konata-chan… and her mom, too. :) (though they’re new to anime ).

    Age-resistant wives for the win…. (see animesuki.com and search on my posts for my example).

    Props for giving Mai some love! I was under the impression that I was the only person in the world that liked her more than Feena or any other character in Yoakena. Short twintailed imouto with ribbons. :D

    Hmmm, no Ilya? She’s supposed to be older than Shiro in Heaven’s Feel, thus making her a fake-loli.

    TheBigN: LOL! No insinuations :) Pure and honourable thoughts only. Pure and honourable… er never mind XD Love the entire cast of Aria. Thinking of getting a Alicia figure.

    Vexx: heh, I always thought Hagino to be a bundle of delicious contradictions. Youngest looking yet mature. Supposedly ‘inexperienced’ yet writing romance novels. And of course loli and legal XD Will be catching up w lucky star soon… can’t resist after Zyl puts up that 4koma. :) And yes, I need to get a baseball cap for my darling too :)

    deftoned: Great to have another Mai fan! I’d love to see a Yoakena remake with Mai and Feena facing off as the main rivals. Siscon FTW! But given Feena’s strong fanbase (myself included, I’m of 2 minds on this matter), I doubt Mai will win :)

    aurabolt: Oops sorry about the spam thingy! And thanks for your tenacity/patience in posting the comment and letting me know (Loved your topic title LOL!). Greatly appreciated. Yeah, I encountered it myself. Will have it checked out properly. I’m glad you remember Ilya :) I was under the impression she’s a under 13 but yeah she’s much older actually. She’d make my top 20 list.

    To Mr Stripey,

    Despite providing Alice Carroll, one of the most wonderful green haired lolis in Aria the Natural, you have not included the crazily cute Tsuruya that should fit your requirement. I am somewhat disappointed that there are fewer green haired gals (that I know, which of course if you have them in your list, it will be great to spread the joy), but the list definitely is one spoken from a lolicon master.

    2. I am surprised that there isn’t mention of Hazuki from Tsukuyomi -Moon Phase-

    Listing Alice first is definitely something everyone can agree on!

    At the end of Nanoha A’s there is a few minutes of eligible loli Fate/Nanoha/Hayate…you could technically include any of them as well :)

    I’ve not really been a fan of either animated Negima shows, but the manga version of things is pretty awesome. Almost too many characters to choose from there though, ugh!

    maglor: I have to say I like Koyori a great deal from ep 4 but the same ep also upped Aono’s charm quite a bit. So Aono’s still tops for me :) I’m wasn’t sure of Hazuki’s age else she’d surely be on too. I er don’t like Nanoka actually… character design issues. Need to catch siscon princess sometime :P

    flaskis: Ah! thanks for the pic. Mai is love. It takes a lot to rival Feena and Mai has it. I’m soo looking forward to a Mai figure sometime. :)

    Ashram: Heh, I was pleasantly surprised to find so many Alice fans! She’s deserving indeed of such adoration. :) You mean 15 yr old Fate/Nanoha/Hayate? Actually I would have preferred a StrikerS with these 15 yr olds. :) I like many of the char designs for Negima. Enjoyed Negima?! for a while until the quirky execution wore me down. Will try to take a look at the manga :)

    ha ha ha, pleasantly surprised? It’s the tome of love for Aria the Natural, where there is hardly a non-hot girl that is currently active in the Gondola in that series. I mean, just throw your stick around any of them, and you get a hot anime girl.

    Alice Carroll fully deserves that lolicious title. That said, what impz movement? I only know that I am an innocent Singaporean that knows nothing of lolis and green haired anime characters.

    hahaha stripey you shld just list out all the characters done by Kugimiya(or was it Kugiyami) Rie… Also don’t forget there is a game by key coming out this year called little busters(if u don’t already know) that will prolly be a lolicon’s wet dream XDD

    Impz: It’s interesting that after lolicious Alice, I find the fully woman Alicia the next hottest item on the Aria set. Shd be enough evidence I’m no lolicon either XD Impz movement?     cyw1988: Heh, pardon this philistine for not knowing Kugimiya san…. erm character designer? :P Oooh yes I saw a little video on Little Busters. Great character designs indeed and their charms do come through even in those short mins. Let’s hope KyoAni picks that up after Clannad… :)
