Mai Otome Zwei 3

Ceterum censeo scrapers esse delendam.
Nao-sempai is finger-lickin' good!
FINALLY we got some decent Nao screen time. Liked her conversation with Nina - mocking on the surface but with a lot of understanding and care at its core. While I still dislike Nao's fugly robe, her Materialize pose and moves were very Nao and thus good. And was slightly surprised at how gung-ho Nao (who is normally the great survivor who practices discretion as the better part of valour) put up the longest and strongest fight against Evil Eye Fumi (plus the KKK Ghost). Even more than Haruka, she also managed to achieve something, as she was being petrified, by tricking EEF into bringing the house down.

Return of the MVP!
In the Otome universe, there’s a simple rule: Whenever Nao is on the screen, times are good. She’s fun, she’s smart and she’s saving other people’s rear ends time and time again. Nao banzai!
The KKK Ghost strangely reminded me of the Peacekeepers from Scrapped Princess
… well, one less of them!

Great characterisation of Nao-sempai as MVP.
Proposed addition to Mentar’s Nao Rule of Otome – I also like her slightly reluctant and pissed off attitude when saving other’s butts.
Ah, the Valkyries… I was wondering where I’d seen that shape before.

“What’s MVP?” wonders a neophyte.
…probably something indecent if Nao can be described as one…

Sadly, the truth is much more mundane.

MVP = Most Valuable Player
It is a term often used in sports to denote which player contributed the most in a match.
Cheers.

Meh, how banal.

Ah, more Nina emo facial expressions. Looks like next episode will involve the awkward reunion:
Arika: So… what have you been up to?
Nina: F*** you.
Ah, that should be awesome =).
Mentar, good call about the KKK ghost.
