She seems to balance it out pretty well with decidedly feminine blouses (with those puffy shoulders that I don't see anymore these days). I think she's just trying to be more formal, but she overdresses to the point of moe at times. I was pretty surprised to see her fairly casual this time around. I have no idea why KyoAni threw that very tender moment in those first three minutes out there in a show that supposedly put a foot down on exemplifying the slice-of-life genre in having no character development whatsoever. Please note that I absolutely loved it. Kagami plus tender smile = yuri moment NOW. Kagami plus big sneer = some animated western comedian.
