Shakugan no Shana Second 4

LOL at the harem hijinks of this episode. Felt quite a lot of echoes of other anime series as well...

Another Mamiko Noto role, School Rumble's Yakumo. Except Konoe had more points assigned to Animal Friendship when she created her character.

And this scene made me think of Wilhelmina going to the Yellow Flag, asking for milk and the Colombian mafia while she's at it. Other than bandages, I also imagined a machine gun in her banjo on her knee (~Oh Shanatan Oh don't you cry for me~) and lots of hand grenades under that meido skirt.

I did think of ARIA's Alice for a second but what this really reminded me of was the ramen-eating competition at the finale of 801 TTS Airbats. LOL at how the Soviet air force were also tuning in and betting on the outcome. Happy memories.

Now we know Shana's weak point!! Somehow this also reminds of that Fate/Stay Night (non-H) doujin where Shirou gets turned into a girl after the end of the Heaven's Feel scenario and Sakura has a nosebleed eruption when Shirou shows her relaxed face as she's enjoying an ice cream. Damn, don't know which circle drew that really hilarous doujin though. [It's by Limit Break, thanks Forceflow and Haesslich!]
