It's a field day with Wirhelmina facial close-ups!

I can't say that I'm entirely surprised that Wirhelmina actually considered telling Margery about Yuuji's silver flame behind Shana's back. Her reasoning, that she needs Margery's help when Pheles arrives, is impeccable and the principle of transparency is laudable too... but I just keep thinking of how her reasoning that YUUJI MUST DIE in season one was also impeccable. Ah, the delicious taste of conflicts of values among friends and allies!

But after all that angsty stuff, let's have some crepes! The whole 'you have cream on the side of your mouth' thing between Wirhelmina and Margery was hilarous; so sad that they didn't clean up for each other but, then again, it's impossible for me, even with LFB imagination at full power, to imagine them as a couple. orz

Is it just me or did I think that Wirhelmina was actually glad and awed that the Pheles has landed?

Somehow I'm not too worried for Yuuji. Unless, of course, the OP was misleading. But he still has Main Male Character +20 to saving throw bonus. The only question, for me, is whether Pheles will succumb to Yuuji's mojo too? That would be supremely ironic, considering how she literally made him the man Mystes that he is today. Damn, he'll never know for sure if all the women love him for who he is or it's really all just about the money Reiji Maigo!

On the other hand, Ike looks set to confess to Yoshida Who Will Be Shocked (according to the OP). But I think Totali may be on to something with the observation that Ike's been totally owned by Fujita; why am I getting the feeling that she likes him and her committee work slave driving is simply her way of trying to get close to him?

Argh now that things are heating up, fighting-wise, Omni notes that we won't see the next episode until 11 January. *sound of teeth gnashing*
