ARIA The Origination 10
Aika x Al is one of those things that disrupts my yuri waterland fantasy image of ARIA but it's done well and so artfully that I'm genuinely torn between pulling my hair out and screaming 'NOOOOOEEESSSS!' like the Alicia x Akira shippers in Arietta on the one hand and going 'Awww~~' on the other. On balance, Aika's 'Don't worry, Oneesan will keep you company!' line tilted the balance in favour of the latter. Aika-san, good job!
Other bits of fun included Aika robot versus Alice zombie, 'I can eat more dango at a time than you', President Maa acrobatics and The Moons Represent Our Hearts (apologies to Teresa Teng).

I was way too fascinated with the casual wear of Alice to bother about anything. ALICE-CHAN!
Edit: It’s really funny how Aika keeps swooning and blushing like a silly girl. Al is way too short though, rofl.
Edit2: Maa-shachou is just so funny. He’s definitely a cat gymnast

Admittedly, I was one of them. I wasn’t pulling my hair but I did mentally scream and felt like shaking my laptop’s monitor (not that it’s going to help :p). And recently after reading the final chapter, I may consider ripping out my hair too.
Anyway, Aika x Al-wise, I thought they make a cute couple, although yes, Al’s height does make Aika look like a shotacon/child minder in that shot. The reversal role at the end with Al leading Aika by the hand is sweet though.
Oh btw, Maa-shachou is female.
