Egads, has Punsteritis Horribilis spread here too ? orz

Let's just say that Ami has no idea what she's getting into starting a Bitch-Queen Deathmatch with Taiga... if you don't mind probably spoilering the animu experience plot-wise, Baka-Tsuki is in the process of translating the novels (alongside quite a few others). Also worth reading if you want to understand what makes Haess RAGE so. :D

Kabitzin, I see you can see the wood for the trees!

Kakaifan, yes I agree that Nagi is hilarous. For me, she's the undisputed star of the series while Zange is a supporting chara as a rival.

I got similar vibes but via Neil Gaiman's Sandman series where old gods with hardly any believers left fade away and pass into Dream's domain to die. Remember something vaguely similar (belief = power) from the Tablet of Fate story in a Forgotten Realms novel.

Wait, there are people who prefer Zange to Nagi? I mean, all issues of character design aside, Nagi is hilarious.

The gods in Kannagi really reminds me of Pratchett's description in Small Gods of the, well, small gods, the way they struggle for every single follower. I'm really liking the whole 'fandom as religious devotion' thing they've got going.
