Numbering MariMite

Do OVA releases count as a season? So long there is a TV/cable broadcast? It's officially called Season Four. So why, in the OP credits, is the production committee number is 3? *needless fidgeting*

P.S. My confusion also extends to whether Evirus still goes by the moniker Evirus; the email on Karmaburn is unchanged but my feedreader gives the posts' author as Aevrus.

P.P.S. I'm sure someone has been mentioned this before somewhere. Probably on the Yuricon Mailing List but every time I hear about the Rose Families, I don't think of Lancaster vs York but of the Godfather meets GTA. The White Rose Family controls the high class callgirls ring (Sei: "Why the heck not, she's beautiful after all..."); the Yellow Rose Family the extortion rackets (Rei and Yoshino in Hansel and Gretel getup respectively); the Red Rose Family the lotteries (Sachiko: "But you don't ask with respect. You don't offer friendship. You don't even think to call me Oneesama...").
