Railgun 12

Summary:
With all the camera visuals dead, I wanted to rush to Oneesama's side but was stopped by Konori-senpai who asked me to believe in Oneesama. As recounted to me later, the creature regenerated from Oneesama's attack and retaliated with huge ice crystals. Uiharu felt that the creature was suffering, at the same time, in the hospitals, the unconscious Level Upper users were also thrashing around. Kiyama-sensei had lost control of the Network from the AIM Burst and thus the hope of rescuing her students but Uiharu told her not to give up. She speculated that the creature was the summation of all the grudges of the 10,000 brains. The solution was to destroy the network with the treatment program she had passed to Uiharu earlier. Oneesama would deal with the creature while Uiharu would hand over the treatment program to the Anti-Skills. The creature started to head for a radioactive energy research lab; Oneesama intercepted and distracted it.
The Anti-Skills were useful for once, shielding Uiharu, from an attack. Despite burning electrical and iron sand slicing attacks, the creature kept healing and breached the facility's walls. But the file had been transferred and broadcast throughout the city. Just in a nick of time as it stopped the regeneration of an attacking limb aimed for Oneesama. Oneesama delivered her zero distance electrical shock but Kiyama-sensei warned her that this creature was not an ordinary biological entity; to destroy it, Oneesama would need to locate its nucleus. It then started sprouting eyes and the voices of the Level Upper users.
Oneesama told Kiyama-sensei to evacuate, that the children would want to see her face when they awaken, not to give up so easily and that she would help her achieve her goal, before unleashing a huge current that seared through the creature despite its Ability defence and made its nucleus visible. Kiyama realized that Oneesama had been holding back against her. Oneesama took the voices to heart and asked to give it another try, to work hard again with them before administering her railgun coup de grace. I finally arrived at the scene to deliver my feelings to Oneesama and relayed the news, and credit, to Uiharu that Saten-san had awakened. At Saten-san and Uiharu's reunion, I caught Oneesama in a pensive mood and read her thoughts perfectly; she's always so kind but not kind enough to reciprocate my feelings. Yet.
Reaction:
Interesting - the varied reactions of Omni's praise and TJ's disappointment. The latter's complaint mainly from how the action scene had been broken up by the voices of the Level Upper users. This aspect served to drive home, with more emphasis than in the manga, to Oneesama, the feelings of the users and to reinforce the deeper understanding gained by Oneesama of the feelings of those who are unable to attain her Level but cannot help but admire and aspire to and despair of it.
We have also learnt, from Kiyama-sensei, that all is not it seems in Academy City, of the possibility of corruption and ruthless ends-justify-the-means thinking right at the top. But before more of those worthy and serious matters, next week we shall have something very very important - Oneesama in a swimsuit and needing some lotion applied to her back. :3~~~

Yeah, I was a bit disappointed by the broken-up action scene and the cheesy use of the OP song, but at least there was plenty of Mikoto pwnage so overall it was alright. Could have been better than.
