Bamboo Blade 19-22

'It’s amazing that Yuuji hasn’t throttled Dan out of jealousy.' Amen, Kabitzin, a~MEEEN!!!
Bamboo Blade staaato! ~ Tama chan is love

Can't. stop. watching. Bamboo. blade. I blame Zyl for getting me started. However, unlike him, BB's hook for me wasn't yandere MiyaMiya but the lolicious Tama. As an accomplished swordman myself (AD&D Fighter level 19 circa 1993), I acknowledge her powress and hope that I'd be able to challenge the legendary Tama stab some day. Also hoping that my +5 2-handed sword of loli-piercing (as bestowed by my ever-enterprising dungeon master Zyl) would help me fend off the fearsome attack. Meanwhile she can join my sentai.
Now back to marathoning ep 8.
Bamboo Blade 17

I'm really glad that the unreliable Saya won her match through a combination of skill and a time out technicality. Also great to see Kirino handily winning her match despite her recent difficulties. I was actually quite annoyed by how they nerfed Satori through over-eating; it seemed cheap especially when compared to how Kirino and Tama-chan were overcoming much more serious problems. But then again, it was probably the only way to make Tama-chan's match the decisive one for the team given how Satori's skill had been emphasized previously. Ok and I did laugh when her animal friends got swept away by the gastric flood.
Bamboo Blade 16

The first part of this episode was lovely Kirino stuff. The second half filled me with a burning rage to strike down upon thee with GREAT VENGEANCE and FURIOUS ANGER those who attempt to poison and destroy Tama-chan. And you will know I am Samuel L. Jackson when I lay my vengeance upon you, you little b*tches.
Bamboo Blade 15

Before setting off to the training camp, Tama-chan tells her father not to touch her DVD recorder no matter what. The five girls from the first match arc (Eps 5, 6 and 7) arrive to find the home team cleaning the pool.
