Keroro Gunso 81

First half of this episode is a Midori no Hibi parody combined with a softball game. Koyuki, of course, immediately realizes that something's up when Natsumi shows up in school with her hand bandaged. In any case, this is a Giroro Gains Natsumi Brownie Points half-ep. The real meat for me was in the second half when Sylvee, a ninja of the inter-galatic Moonlight clan, hunts down Koyuki and threatens Natsumi to get to her.

Keroro Gunso 66

Natsumi and Koyuki's heart-pounding first date! It's been 53 episodes since they first met and this first date is so overdue. At least Koyuki appeared much earlier in the anime compared to the manga. The short summary is: Natsumi and Koyuki go out together for ice cream, shopping, sightseeing and generally have fun - with Koyuki taking every opportunity to be a little romantic with her dear Natsumi-san.

However Giroro is following them out of jealousy while Keroro and Tamama are doing so to research any weaknesses in the Earth's last line of defence. Giroro's jealous aura nearly gives them away several times, leading Koyuki to over-react ninja-style. But all's well that ends well. After Koyuki leaves, Natsumi discovers the Keronians and lays the smackdown. Meanwhile Koyuki is concerned that being with Natsumi dulls her ninja senses but is reassured by Dororo that it may not be a bad thing. The commenter closes by saying that Koyuki is really a ninja rather than a normal girl.

Keroro Gunso 35

Natsumi's birthday plan (2 Dec). Keroro leads the gang to prepare a surprise birthday party for Natsumi who has always avoided one in order not to trouble the rest of her family. Koyuki and Dororo are in charge of keeping track of her movements so that the element of surprise can be maintained.

Keroro Gunso 34

Momoka and Koyuki battle it out for the onsen ticket. It all starts with yet another of Momoka's schemes to spend quality time with Fuyuki. Her bodyguards rig a lucky draw so that Fuyuki wins four free tickets (Aki, Natsumi, Fuyuki + ?) to an onsen (hot springs) resort.

Keroro Gunso 28-29

Snow fight in Ep 28 with Natsumi being persuaded to be the beautiful hostage (flag) that red team has to capture and Koyuki in the defence of the opposing team. School Play in Ep 29 with Natsumi as Wendy and Koyuki as Peter Pan.

Keroro Gunso 26

Keroro invades the school sports festival to try and weasel Natsumi into owing him a debt of gratitude. She desperately wants to run the three-legged race with Aki but her mom is tied up with work as usual. Needless to say, everything Keroro tries goes wrong. Just the barest slivers of Natsumi x Koyuki but there were some other really nice moments.

Keroro Gunso 21

Keroro, Tamama and Kururu's antics cause a massive blackout. Koyuki responds to Natsumi's cry for help (against the heat). Apparently the power failure doesn't bother Koyuki as there's no electricity in her quaint little house with the water wheel. With Dororo's help, gives her and Fuyuki a treat in traditional Japanese ways of keeping cool in the summer.

Keroro Gunso 19

The gang go out to enjoy the summer festival only to find the Keronians have set up stalls to raise money for their invasion plans. Natsumi defeats Keroro's challenge but magnimously lets them off. To repay Natsumi, Giroro foils Keroro's backup plan for world domination.

Keroro Gunso 18

A beach episode! Jason has already written an entry detailing the plot, comparing it with the manga and has a more balanced set of screencaps. So I'm free to talk about what I want to talk about. :3 Natsumi wants to enter the stand-up comedy competition to win the Gundam knockoff model for Mutsumi but needs a partner. Koyuki steps into the breach, easily recognizing Natsumi because of her scent and despite her changed appearance.

Keroro Gunso 17

Well, no Natsumi x Koyuki in either of the two stories in this episode. There's a meaningful glance from Koyuki in the first half when Keroro decides to invade the pool. :3 Giroro oogling the technical hologram of Natsumi in her swimsuit was priceless though and the tragedy of him not getting past the footwash barrier. LOL
