And so Touma taunted the mighty Misaka Mikoto, the third most powerful Ability User of the Level Fives of Academy City, the Ace of Tokiwadai, the Railgun herself and thus, as Keiri sayeth unto us, "bringing out all the kewtness in Biri Biri."
Good job, Touma! What a turnaround from me cheering when he was killed twice in Index-tan.
